Balancing Machines
Balancing Armatures Made Simple!

Balancing Armature

*A test rotor of 110 lbs (50 kg) is included for machine set-up and calibration.

Balancing machines use the hard bearing principle to measure the force of unbalance in a spinning armature. A microprocessor control instantly converts the unbalance information into a graphic representation that can be read by an operator on a visual display. The graphic display makes it easy for the operator to know precisely where and how much correcting weight to add.

The machine has the capability to store rotor data to make it easy to set up for similarly sized armatures.

A nilling feature is included to electronically compensate for minor tooling errors and a remote angle setting makes it easy for the operator to establish very accurate positioning.
