Operator Friendly, More Ergonomic Coil Taping

This new machine eliminates most of the stress on operators as they move the coil around the tape head. Sturdy, soft rubber drive rollers clamp the coil firmly to support most of the coil weight. They are linked by a ratio controller to the tape head to provide a tight tape wrap with consistent overlap.

Now anybody with just minimal training can produce high quality coil taping results!

Simple push button interface lets the operator set whatever tape overlap is desired. No matter how fast the operator makes the tape head go by pressing on the foot pedal, the tape overlap remains perfect.

Bi-Directional Tape Head Speeds Application of Multiple Tape layers

Push a switch and the machine reverses direction to enable your operator to quickly and easily apply another tape layer to the coil. Regardless of the direction the coil is moving, the tape overlap is maintained.
